The anal flower breath can be used by men and women to connect consciously with their anal sphincters and pelvic diaghram.
The Anal FLower Breath is to release tension, connect consciously to the pelvis and anus. Resulting in a more organic moving pelvic diaphragm and a relaxed ass.
The anal flower breath can be a way to bring the body out of fight/flight/freeze mode. If any blockages and/or overwhelming emotions show up during a massage session. This breathwork can be used to bring to body into the parasympathetic nervous system and into a regulated state of being.
If you experience a lot tension in your pelvic it is recommended to use the anal flower breath meditation on a regular basis. Practising this meditation 2-3 times a week can support creating more pelvic awareness and releasing blockages to support general wellbeing of your whole body.
